Managed Services


During the deployment of your project you may wish to make use the the Managed Services provided by Revelate, we offer managed services for both database and application servers. We specialise on the Oracle platform running on various flavours of UNIX.

Our team can work in-house with an existing Operations Team and provide mentoring on the administration best-practices for the target platform and assist in the day to day management of the environment. Alternatively our team can provide remote support for your Operations Team, including 24 * 7 on call support for mission critical environments.

As part of the deliverables for our Managed Service we provide the following documents and procedural guidelines, all tailored for the client's environment:

  • Software Installation Guides - procedures for installation of Application or Database Servers
  • Infrastructure Configuration Guides - configuration required for other parts of the Infrastructure
  • Application Operations Manuals - individual management guides for each application deployed to the environment
  • Change Management Guidelines - detailing the steps required to modify an existing environment
  • Application Support Guidelines & Knowledge base - access to environment specific troubleshooting guides


We provide Infrastructure design services which can implement high-availability solutions on the following products:
